Organization Specialization Programmes

DEWCON

Our organization implements a diverse range of specialized programmes designed to meet the needs of society. We focus on employment-oriented and skill development training that empowers youth to become self-reliant. Women empowerment initiatives, livelihood promotion, and self-help groups are central to our work. We also emphasize health, education, agriculture, sanitation, and social awareness for holistic development. Additionally, we support the preservation and promotion of traditional arts, crafts, and cultural heritage.

Training Methodology

DEWCON

Our training methodology follows a structured and systematic approach. We develop modern infrastructure, curriculum, and content tailored to industry requirements. Candidates undergo mobilization, counseling, selection, and enrollment before training begins. Expert-led training is followed by assessment, certification, and placement support. Post-placement assistance and continuous handholding ensure sustainable career growth.

Placement Tie-ups / Industry Linkages

DEWCON

We have established strong placement linkages with leading companies and industries. Through these partnerships, trained youth are provided employment and self-employment opportunities. Training programs are aligned with industry requirements to ensure practical and job-ready skills. We also collaborate with companies for job fairs, counseling sessions, and recruitment drives. These efforts have successfully connected thousands of trainees with sustainable livelihoods.

Projects For Skill Training

Dewcon is a professionally organized, committed non-profit NGO working actively in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh with a strong focus on skill development and employability.

India is one of the youngest nations in the world with more than 60% of its population under the age of 25. While the country’s GDP is steadily growing at 6–8%, employment growth is not matching the pace. According to recent data, only 10% of fresh graduates are employable, while the remaining 90% lack the required skills for meaningful employment.
