Projects For Skill Training

Dewcon is a professionally organized, committed non-profit NGO working actively in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh with a strong focus on skill development and employability.

India is one of the youngest nations in the world with more than 60% of its population under the age of 25. While the country’s GDP is steadily growing at 6–8%, employment growth is not matching the pace. According to recent data, only 10% of fresh graduates are employable, while the remaining 90% lack the required skills for meaningful employment.
